Welcome to www.trudynteddy.com website terms and conditions. This website is owned by Baby Kiko Sdn Bhd, a company register in Malaysia with company number 501616-M whose registered office at No 1, Jalan Industry PBP 13, Taman Industri Pusat Bandar Puchong, 47100 Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia. Our GST Registration No. : 000362479616. We use the terms “we”, “our” and “us” throughout our terms and conditions to refer to Trudy & Teddy.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing and/or ordering any merchandise from our website. By using our website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You make an offer to purchase a good from us (your “order”) by completing the stage process on the website as set out below:
- Adding product to your shopping basket
- Checkout step 1 – login details
- Checkout step 2 – address details
- Checkout step 3 – Payment details and
- Confirmation of order
On receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the order process. This order acknowledgment email will contain your order number, details of the goods ordered and total purchase. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase Goods.
If you order goods from our website for delivery outside the Malaysia, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
The reserve and collect service is unavailable at all time.
All orders made after 6:00pm MYT will be considered as next day order and process in the next working day. Where orders are received at a weekend, they will be processed on the next working day ie Monday with the exception of public holiday.
Acceptance of your order
We will not accept your order until such time that you are emailed to say that the good you have ordered have been dispatched or, in respect of any services, begun. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Once we accept your order, a contract to purchase and deliver goods takes effect between you and Trudy & Teddy.
The contract to sell goods to you only relates to those goods listed in the confirmation email. We will not be obliged to sell any other good which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of your goods has been confirmed in a separate confirmation email.
All payment goes through PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer. Payment will be taken in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), and if applicable, your card will be charged according to the exchange rate at that time by your bank.
If, for any reason, there is a problem with collecting payment from your chosen payment method after we have confirmed receipt of your order, we will not be obliged to dispatch your order. Additionally, on some occasions, we may be unable to process an order. This may be due to:
- The item being out of stock or no longer available
- Your payment being declined
- Our identification of pricing error or product description error or an unspecified technical error.
Full details can be found in our website under FAQ. Please note that we only ship our product between Monday and Friday. Orders made on Friday afternoon are shipped on the following week. We will send you a tracking number once we have processed your order. Trudy & Teddy is not liable of any delay which may be caused by the Customs procedures of the country of destination.
Our Return Policy
All goods are non-refundable for hygiene reasons. If you return goods claiming they are defective, you must inform us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working days upon receipt of goods. You must also return the goods to us within 7 days upon receipt of Return Order No, intact and in their original packaging, and at your own cost and risk. We will examine the returned goods and will notify you or your refund via e-mail within 14 days. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all products that are returned.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will refund you in e-coupon basis within 14 days.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, description and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including product description appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.
